"Suspending and firing employees who supported the union."

Yet again another suit filed against a company, Spectrum Healthcare, for firing employees who supported their union. Nearly 400 workers went on strike with over 50 allegations filed. Little progress has been made as they continue to negotiate.

An agreement was finally made by offering reinstatement and backpay to all discharged and striking workers and signing a new three-year collective bargaining agreement with its employees’ union.
